Walked into the MedPost in San Marcos and requested a COVID-19 test due to contact tracing alert from my work. Test was taken within 25 minutes. I was very pleased with the quick service and professionalism of the staff.

I was treated very well by Amanda at the front desk, making sure I could sit & wait since I could hardly walk! I had my mask on. Then in the room Leslie was AMAZING & treated me very well! MedPost arranged to see me yesterday in the late afternoon. I came in to get a Covid-19 Screening and check to see why I was having some low grade fevers for 2.5 days. They took x-rays of my chest and found some points with pneumonia. They administered some antibiotics and called in with a prescription for the next morning. The staff was exceptionally nice and did not try to rush you along. They also screened my wife to save another appointment. I would recommend MedPost to my friends in need of urgent care.
