I thought the staff and the doctor that attended to me were very courteous and kind to me during my entire time at their facility. They were extremely nice and helpful in walking me through the registration process as a walk-in. I was just astonished by the overall pleasant experience I had at that particular CareSpot on Kirkman Rd in the Metrowest area.
