In a 3 day period I wet to your place, Northwest emergency, and the VA. You are a he only care unit that does diagnosed and gave me a treatment in a form of a prescription to treat my ailment. Your the only people that treated me with respect. Thank you

This was my 1st time to ANY med clinic outside of VA clinic s. Disappointingly ours during covid isolations. I was given an apt 2 hours later. Nurse practitioner was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Attended to my needs. Rx given and called in to pharmacy. I will return in future for miner urgencies. Pleasantly pleased with services.

I hit my head on the floor of the airport parking lot and was directed by my issurance broker to go to your place for assistance. I was totally satisfied with the assistance I received there. The attendee, nurse and doctor were very empathetic and helpful. I was told I could remove the 5 stitches At the CareSpot in Orlando, at no additional cost, but when getting there, I noticed a huge difference in customer service. They wanted to charge me an extra $100 only to remove 5 stitches. They were rude and very unfriendly, making me drive all the way back to Orlando only for that. For that reason, I would like to recognize the assistance I received at your place, mainly the nurse and the doctor who made a terrific job as I have an unnoticeable scar in my eyebrow thanks to his fantastic job! I don’t remember the doctor’s name but he said he was from Chicago and had just moved to Orlando with his family. Thanks a lot! Impressed with the service!
