Location was convenient to be tested for Covid-19. Was able to make an appointment, therefore wait time was minimal. Staff was professional. The nurse was courteous, friendly, and expressed concern. The doctor followed up explaining the process while awaiting test results.

Rachel was very warm and made me feel like my concerns were very important, the staff took all the required COVID-19 PPE Precautions and had the appropriate social distancing noted outside the door as well as masks and hand sanitizer immediately available as you walked in. I was able to schedule my appointment so no waiting was allowed in the lobby. Excellent service and they didn’t take long to wait on me. Thanks again.

Your hours of operation are quite convenient. Especially being open 7 days a week. Some prescriptions are available in office, so that patients don’t have to go to a pharmacy. Instead they can go straight home to begin recovering from illness. I appreciate that some vaccines are available at Care Spot. I like to get same day appointments, when I can’t see my doctor right away.
