The medical staff was amazing. I went in for what I thought was an ear infection but it turns out was not. They treated the right condition and prescribed the appropriate medications. I was felt so much better by that evening and I’m truly grateful.

Crystal Hayes, ARNP was amazing with my son today. The whole office was very polite and our trip was easy, in and out in about 30-40 mins with having to wait on COVID testing results. I always bring my son to CareSpot when we need a day of sick visit because it is so much easier to get in than with his PCP. I always recommend CareSpot to anyone who need fast, friendly medical care.

I received from the hostess, who greeted me as i was Great service from the “greeting team”, speedy check in, a very brief time. The lady who helped create my medical history collect my vital signs and prepare me to see the doctor, did a wonderful job. When meeting the doctor, she and I bonded well, while talking about my current health status, advised of my treatment options, explained those options, then quickly continued to assess my need for help, provided a prescription and sent me on my way. Everything in this chain of events was considered to be cordial, yet important. The total elapsed time was likely less than 30 minutes, while the census of patients was high and growing. I have nothing but praise for these great healthcare people and the way that I was received, treated and sent away with a prescription having been called in, to my chosen pharmacy, where I quickly went and picked up the prescription and started my first dose…
