Lisa Izard was wonderful. She help me get all my paperwork cleared for my medical clearance . She went above and beyond her job duties to keep me informed and updated. She even extended herself to give me her personal number to make sure I got in contact with her to make sure all my lab work and paperwork got seen by the doctor. I rated my CareSpot visit a ten because she deserved a ten. I had spoke to many different people at several different locations and it seemed as if everyone was giving me the run around concerning my medical clearance . Lisa apologized for the inconvience I had and promised me she would take care of it. She did exactly that. I couldn’t thank her enough !!!!!!!!! Well job CareSpot on hiring such a wonderful employee!!!

I’ve only been here twice. First time there were people waiting but I never felt a long wait nor did I feel rushed when I got called. Second time, no wait at all. I felt listed to and comfortable asking questions. This location is close to my house.
