This was my first visit to CareSpot. The service was just amazing. From the moment I made the call to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was kind, understanding and caring. During the visit, I got to meet the receptionist who took my call in the first place. She had a great attitude, and provided great customer service. During my appointment, my PA was great as well. She understood my issues, examined me and took the time to dissipate my concerns. The other two nurses that saw me were kind and very professional. The only thing that I would like Care Spot to improve is the waiting time. Despite that I had an appointment, I had to wait almost 30 minutes after my registration at the front desk. Other than this, my experience was a very positive one.

Fast, friendly, great service! Took necessary precautions to ensure patient safety. Doctor spent a lot of time with patient. He took a genuine concern and really listened. Great job Dr Don!

Pleasant receptionist and Dr. Being from Ohio and having to visit while on vacation the Dr was attentive and was able to fix me up right away. So thankful for her.
