Each of the two staff members that I interacted with were very professional in discharging their duties. The front desk associate was glad to assist me with completing the intake form. The staff person who collected the specimen had a greeting for me as I walked into her office and as I left. The wait time was okay. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] B. .
