I was glad I could make an appointment online, that was very convenient. I had my own mask but I liked that you provided them. The front office staff was very nice and professional. My wait time was a bit long, but once I saw the doctor. Ms. Prana Yenkosky, I was pleased. She went above and beyond to help me. She was very compassionate and kept going back and forth to the front desk to work out how I could receive adequate treatment without having current health insurance. I felt like she was a patient advocate for me. My boss and a co-worker recommended MedPost. My boss saw how much pain I was in and said I had to go to Urgent Care. My only complaint is that I was not able to receive an injection to immediately relieve the pain. I think it is unfortunate that if you don’t have health coverage or a pocket full of cash you cannot get immediate relief, but Dr. Yenkosky efforts to help me really went above and beyond. I thanked and asked God to bless her but please do pass on my gratitude once again.
