I have been to the Carespot location in Durbin Pavilion in Jacksonville FL several times and their staff have been so kind and courteous every visit. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our favorite P.A. She is very kind caring gentle and takes time with our special needs son. She makes him feel important eventhougth he acts like it does not matter. As we left, he kept pointing to himself saying his name, and smiling. He knew she cared. I cant remember her name. Our son’s name is [NAME REMOVED]. Please look up her name. She is the the best!
