I liked how I was able to walk in and be seen. I also liked how you guys take my insurance. However, I did not like the treatment I received from a nurse I was questioned by. After letting them know my boyfriend (whom I see every day) tested positive for COVID he made it seem like I was lying. He questioned how my boyfriend could have gotten his test results in a day and I felt like my testing was delayed because of his doubts. I did not appreciate being talked to that way and hope this staff receives the proper training on how to question patients and show empathy. Thank you.
