It was greatly helpful to be able to have an appointment same day on line. I would have preferred to have a text message for confirmation and update if running behind scheduled time, since I had a 20 -30 minute drive. Staff was helpful and explained process

I liked that I did not have to wait, I was able to save my spot online and wait in my car until my appointment if I wanted to. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and also very helpful. The nurse who ad,ministered my COVID-19 test, was great. I was sop afraid it would be so much worse, but with her comforting bedside manor, she guided me through it and it really wasn’t bad at all! The doctor I saw was informative and straight to the point, which i like, and i was in and out in no time. Thank You ALL for being at the front lines and still being able to remain pleasant and welcoming during these very stressful times!

What I like about Y’all services is. That you guys make sure that everyone that comes in are protected. As well as see the clients that’s being seen do not have to wait long to see the doctor. Excellent services Y’all provide thanks so very much.

The customer service was outstanding; beginning with the front desk personnel to the healthcare professional that checked me in. I have been to a couple of other care spot locations and this is by far the best when it cones to customer service! The other locations are closer to my home, but I don’t mind driving the extra distance because of the customer service I receive at this location. Thank you!

It is always timely and friendly service. I feel like everyone at this location cares about my health. Although it’s an urgent care they treat me as they are my primary care provider.
