On Friday, I was in intense pain and feared it may be a kidney infection so I drove to the Urgent Care closest to my house, but knowing that I should have made an appointment. The receptionist at the front counter kindly informed me of their policy, offered an appointment (which was to be more than an hour from my arrival time). She also said that I could wait in case there was a “no-show,” which I did. They were short-staffed, but she took me in within a half hour, and I received excellent care. Thank you, MedPost, and thanks to all of our health care workers. I’m sorry that I often take you for granted.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I feel like everyone took good care of me. I would definitely use CareSpot again when unable to see my regular doctor.

On-line pre scheduled appointment then the front desk assistant greeted me when entering the building. Nurse called me back to the room and the Dr came in to see me. World Class

Dr. Josh was great! He was very personal and caring. I genuinely believed he was interested in me getting better and gave great direction. He followed up to make sure things were better and continued advising me on my care.
