I have taken my mother who 92 to this location 3 time now and every time we have had the best service everyone is so nice and friendly the doctors take the time to go over everything with her.. it’s convenient that you can get X-rays and it’s never a long wait even without a appointment.. they send her prescriptions over to the local pharmacy before we even leave.. I don’t care for the local hospitals as she has been in both so is nice to have somewhere else to take her besides the ER as she is not very patient as it is .. Thank you for being in this location it’s not even 5 minutes from her home.. there is another urgent care in the area we have taken her there did not care for there service As a daughter taking care of a elderly parent I appreciate the service you offer .. staff very friendly and professional at this site. I appreciate how thorough Doctors, x-ray tech PA and all medical staff took the time to explain what was being done and why, I was even given the opportunity to ask question while they were in the room and not having to talk to there backs as they were walking out the door. i will utilize this facility again and again, Thank you for your service M.E. I had an 9:30 appt, and they took me at 9:15. The nurses were very caring and knowledgeable and the PA Dr was wonderful, quick, efficient, and even after my x ray, she came bk in quickly and let me know what they found and the best treatment for it I would recommend them highly.
