I love everything about my experience. I have never been to an office where I felt like I was treated like a family member. I mean they were really welcoming and accepting. Although I was in pain they took my mind off things.. And for that thank you CareSpot I greatly appreciate you guys!

Everyone at this Palm Desert location was professional, extremely careful, safe and thorough. Please commend the medical receptionist Carrie and my PA Juanita. There was another person, an amazing medical assistant. I’ll be sure to check on their names, as I’d like these three medical professionals to receive the recognition they deserve. I can’t thank them enough for their care, as I had spent 2 days trying to get an appointment elsewhere. The receptionist got me in within hours of the time I called. Please thank these professionals, they deserve to know what a tremendous service they are giving. I’ll be following up with management so they are aware as well.
