I have been to Medpost a handful of times either for myself, or my family members. The service at MedPost has always been very good. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. The Medical Assistant that takes vitals and initial questions was excellent. They make you feel comfortable when one might not be feeling their best. Finally, the NP or PA that sees us is always very thorough and never in a hurry. They always wait and answer any questions we might have. I always recommend MedPost to my friends and coworkers.

Everyone at Carespot was extremely nice and helpful. The tech I had was wonderful and very skilled, personable and kind. The doctors we also extremely nice and know how to explain things well. Overall I felt very cared for and welcome.

Staff was SO kind, from phones, to front desk, to nurses. Very quick service, and clean facility. I felt very comfortable and taken care of here. Unrelated – I used the online scheduling and pre-registration, however it was very limited. I would love to be able to fill out the “iPad” questions online instead prior to coming in. I will 100% be back to this office!

Service was administered in a professional manner. I have Kaiser insurance, and was unable to get an in-person appointment for an itchy and painful rash all over my body that was diagnosed by Med-Post as hives. The PA prescribed medications that have given me some relief.
