I had a bad customer service experience earlier that same day at a local family doctor’s office, first with wrong appointment time and second waiting 45 minutes after told I can still show up at time I agreed to twice (confirming appointment). I left their office frustrated, called MedPost, not only did I secure an appointment same day, but there was no wait time, I was even provided a mask to wear, hand sanitizer to use was available and check in process was so easy. The young lady at front desk was also so pleasant and friendly. Best experience with professional service.

Scheduled appointment. Really enjoyed the provider. I was in tremendous pain when I arrived and had been for 2 – 3 days. Left feeling immediately better after 2 shots. Thank you!

I had an ear infection, but did not want to go to the clinic for concern over exposure to COVID. the pain became so uncomfortable, I finally had to go for a diagnosis. They were very conscientious about sterility with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. The PA acknowledged my anxiety about being there during COVID and didn’t delay in checking my ear and getting me back out the door. Thanks!
