I went to Care Spot for covid test. I liked everything about the facility and the staff!! Everyone was caring, professional, and efficient. I have recommended Care Spot to everyone!! My friend went the next day and felt the same way. I am delighted and relieved to find such a place. I am a healthcare professional and not easily impressed. It’s a different story with Care Spot. The staff were kind and friendly and considerate. The doctor was compassionate and right away knew what I needed. I would definitely recommend CareSpot. I am new to the area and felt welcomed.

usually I receive a good service, but the last time I went, the lady on the front Office ask my name and then she forgot to let the nurse know about my appointment, I wait like 30 minutes… and ask her again she said she forgot…but service thats happen in Cerritos ca branch

Staff, nurse, and PA were all professional and efficient. I appreciated their diligence in having hand sanitizers and masks for patients upon entering the building. While I was not there with concerns regarding the coronavirus, it was important to me. The PA diagnosed me, referred me to a hand specialist, and called in a prescription. It was a seamless and easy visit.

Everyone is always polite, friendly and helpful at this location. Reasonable wait time most visits, usually less than 20 minutes if you make an appointment.
