All be it the service is one of the best to date, especially in our current times. I did experience an event, not monumental but still an issue. COVID-19 testing results. Tested on Saturday and told results should be back in 3 days and I would receive a call either way. Wednesday 4 days later, no call. I called and first was told 3 to 5 days from test, then it was corrected to 3 to 5 days from date lab picked up the test and they were closed on Sunday. With having to quarantine until the results are in, I think it best for everyone to share the same information about test result returns. Beyond this minor issue, the people are knowledgeable and professional. This to me is one of the best sites for non-emergency situations when you cannot get in to see your physician.

The PEOPLE are very nice, warm, welcoming and CARING from the moment i walked the door until the moment I left the building. The building was very clean and looked very sanitary. I felt comfortable coming for treatment is this very scary COVID-19 pandemic era! I was grateful for the available service.
