Although the waiting room was packed, once I got inside, the staff was fast and professional. Both the xray tech James and the doctor, James Perin. He xrayed my finger, splinted it and directed me to see a surgeon soon, which I did. I will make that long drive to your Carespot when I need help again.

staff is very friendly Dr.Cole is fantastic and very informative and patient with my son who has autism she is awesome and Louie is very friendly and careful when taking my son’s vitals. Med Post staff is wonderful.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and what felt like genuine concern for my health. Additionally, and very important, the office felt clean and well organized. I also appreciated the ability to make an appointment. I have already recommended MedPost to a few friends. Great job!! Much needed here in the Coachella Valley!!

The front office staff was very friendly and efficient. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Also, the medical assistant, Rosemary deserves a golden star for her compassion and kindness during my pre-op visit. I was nervous and she offered a listening ear. I would recommend this location to all of my coworkers and friends who needed an Urgent Care. Great job!
