the front staff does not like attending in Spanish, I witnessed how a person who needed to be admitted to the emergency room for abdominal pain was not treated in the best way, the person from the care spot insisted on speaking to him in English, another patient had to intervene To help him understand what they were saying, the treatment of the Spanish-speaking associate was very despicable, not very compassionate. It is a good service despite everything. But they are very slow …! I understand that everything takes time, but for a person who has previously checked in, the time to attend should be less.
