This visit was the second time I was COVID tested at CareSpot. I was more impressed on second visit than first! Facility is clean, employees are professional and kind. Scheduling same day appointments was very easy for both appointments. The second visit the patients were directed to wait in car which is very smart as less exposure to others. Didn’t have to very long to be called in. I had the pleasure of being treated by NP Tanya. She is amazing! She checked my vitals, asked appropriate questions and advised me of my testing options. I was so impressed with her!!! CareSpot is a great addition to urgent care choices! I highly recommend.

I like that I can make an appointment ahead of time. In addition, I like the fact that I was taken in to see the doctor at the time of my scheduled appointment. The people at the front desk as helpful, polite, and professional. I also really liked the medical professional who saw me and diagnosed the problem.

We have an excellent experience every time we come in! Dr. Frazier is awesome with my daughter and my special needs son. Definitely our go to for all last minute medical needs.

You did not have to wait in waiting room, I went home and came back when my appointment was scheduled. (I was a walk in patient)….. The PA although disagreed with what I thought was wrong actually listened to me and my concerned. She was open to my concerns.
