its fine but i asked for an ointment to go on a little burn i have and the dr suggested neosporin. i asked for the bactroban again he said the neosporin is good. besides the fact that neosporin is mostly useless, i explained that i usually have this medicine on hand. he didnt know we just moved to the area and were waiting on wellness visits with the pediatrician here to establish care. so i thought my burn was reason enough to get the bactroban, without having to drive an hour to see my pediaitrician for the med who gladly refills bactroban NO PROBLEM when i see her. in fact she refills all my on hand stuff with 0 issues. and this guy tells me put neosporin. really? are you that stubborn to not just send it? i mean he did his duty and gave his medical opinion but use some sense here. it cost you nothing to just write the bactroban and it saves me literally hours and hundreds of dollars. i explained i have people breathing close up on my burn. its not unreasonable to write for the bactroban. here i am $5 out and i still have to drive to my pediatrician an hour away to get it, and pay towards my deductible. for bactroban. nightmare.

My visit was great, process was smooth, and I got right in and right out. Staff was friendly and explained the process in detail but also made it easy to understand. Great job.

I got to Care Spot early and there were 4 or 5 ahead of me, but it didn’t take long for me to be called. My vitals were quickly taken and shortly a physican appeared to diaginos my ailment. The prescriptions were called into my pharmacy then – bang – that was it. I started taking the meds immediately and started getting better. I expect to be fully recovered by tomorrow, the 3rd day. Couldn’t have asked for better, more efficient, cordial service.
