Thank you for being there; this is the second time I have used Urgent CARE in Los Alamitos. When I arrived I was the only one at that particular time period so the process was easy and fast. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, Dr. on call, and technician was friendly and professional; I felt perfectly assured with the care I received. The facility was close to my home, extremely clean and organized and even had a table with extra sanitizer and tissue available. I’m so glad I didnt have to go into the ER with its larger volume of patients and exposure to covid. If it is not a life threatening calamity ( I had a wrist fracture) this Urgent Care facility is a great place to get help. I would highly recommed it to others. Sincerely, [NAME REMOVED]

Nothing out of the ordinary. I inadvertently thought I would see a physician vs a nurse. I am one of those that prefers a DO/MD.

First of all the location is perfect. The greeting staff at the counter are always friendly and demonstrate interest in your concerns. The medical staff are always prepared to treat you with care and respect. I always go to this Carespot office not only for me but family members. Always professional, cleanliness, caring and a pleasure to deal with.

I love how they were able to see me that day I was sick, on Sunday. Front Desk was generous to a new guy like me, because I never got medical attention from urgent care before. Little wait time. The staff was able to see me and help me. I’ve got my prescriptions in a couple of minutes. I love their availability, help, and their readiness.
