This was our first visit to MedPost Kids Urgent Care. My grandson had a persistent fever and was in need of an evaluation. The receptionist was extremely helpful and patient as I needed to provide documentation for the visit. Once I located the documentation she provided assistance to get it emailed to her. The medical assistants who checked us in and collected the swabs were really caring. I was pretty impressed because the reviews I had read told a different story. The doctor was very professional, caring, and had excellent bedside manner. He was more thorough than expected. I will definitely be bringing my grandson back if ever necessary. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
