Staff was amazing. It’s a stressful time as we all know. Even for myself not knowing what was going on. Everyone from the time I arrived made me feel safe and taken care of. The facility was clean and good protocols were followed. Overall, the effort and compassion showed me that the team was there to help me at any cost, and I really appreciate that.
