The cleanliness, organized evaluation reception and clear explanation of plan of care and discharge instructions and processing of medication prescription at Walgreens. Practitioner was tops in bedside approach as well as rhe nurse. I like that radiology was on site with rapid results and the same for other tests. I had never been to an urgent care so I was nervous but the receptionist was good at explaining the goal and philosophy to me. It helped me relax a little. I was really surprised the VA covered service
