I usually don’t take the time to rate places I visit. I was a little uncomfortable with how the Lady at the front desk handled herself towards me. I understand precautions needs to be taken at a time like this. But you can be a little more sympathetic and courteous. We do need to take care of each other and use extreme precaution but we also need to remember we are dealing with human beings not robots. Other than that the lady at the front desk was very thorough and very organized. The lady who actually performed my urine drug test was very patience and guided me well with everything I had to do very nice lady , very professional and courteous.
