Quick, punctual service without delays at hours when personal physicians are not available. When you need a health professional on weekends or at other times your doctor’s office is not open, CareSpot is there. Furthermore, this health service facility actually takes the load off of hospital emergency rooms when doctor offices are closed. Keep up the outstanding service!

Very professional care! I had a bladder infection and upper respiratory infection. Precautions for Covid-19 virus immediately taken. I was in and out of the urgent care in less than 20 minutes. I am an RN and know if the care provided is appropriate. I use the urgent care on Harbor Blvd. and Gisler in Costa Mesa and have always received good care. This visit was beyond good, particularly because of the precautions necessary during this pandemic.

Facilities were clean and well organized, staff were friendly and professional, doctor explained everything clearly, was able to get X-rays without having to go somewhere else, and got a quick call back to verify results. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

I really like how the doctor and nurses have treated me , the nurse sitting in the front side desk was not friendly and when I asked her a question she never even turned to me, then I saw she was wearing earphones and probably didn’t hear me, either way I think that’s rude and not right!! She did get up and saw me standing there and never even took a second to ask if I was being helped or if I needed anything. Over all everyone else was very attentive.
