Immediate processing of my “admittance” information, followed by only a brief (~10-minute) wait before seeing a technician for x-raying my injuries (from a slip-and-fall accident at home). Then, roughly 5 minutes later, a doctor met with me to examine my injuries, auscultate my lung function, and review the x-rays. Upon “discharge” I was given a written diagnosis, which was also FAXed to my PCP. And after a day or two, I was also able to pick up a CD copy of the radiographs for my doctor’s assessment at a follow-up visit a week later. My experience with your urgent-care center was VERY positive.

The service was amazing your front desk clerk was very patient and respectful to everyone she came in contact with in person and on the phone. When feeling sick or sad that’s what anyone would need to help them get through that moment. I will definitely return and refer a friend. Even though I was in the wrong place, I needed dental not medical it still was a pleasure.
