The doctor on call was caucus about my care. I thought I had a respiratory infection and he realized it was my heart. Sent me to Germantown Methodist ER to be evaluated. Diagnosed with afib. Being treated in the hospital now. I appreciate his care and concern for me as a patient he had never seen before.

I was able to get an appointment on short notice on a holiday weekend. Minimal wait time and professional service. Overall, a good experience. The operating hours of 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week are great.

Everyone was wonderful, helpful and caring. Dr. Tim’s demeanor and attitude could not have been better. Explaining everything intelligently, clearly and comprehensively really impressed us both. Although the time was arduous we didn’t feel forgotten or ignored. Tamara’s professional and calm behavior was very appreciated. You should be proud of them both.
