Everything! I have been sick for almost 2 weeks back and forth to my primary. Was diagnosed as a viral gastrointestinal issue no medication or anything just told wait it out. Still sick on the weekend so came to Carespot. Love that you can schedule an appointment on the website. Everyone was so kind and really listened to me. My sickness was now head congestion, eye itchiness etc. I was given eye drops, prednisone and an antibiotic to treat my symptoms. I feel so much better. Wish I came here first. Next time I will no matter what day of the week it is. Thank you all!

Amazing service. I was surprised and impressed. Usually walk in clinics are dry, dirty, and grumpy. Every staff member was happy, went above and beyond, and needs to be congratulated.

I usually get quality care at the care spot. Unfortunately this time, I waited an hour and left with my $245 refund. Terribly unfortunate that UHC insurance is not contracted at a better price. So for $245, I will suffer through the rest of the weekend and go to my primary.

Very efficient. Went there first thing Saturday morning. EVERYBODY, all the staff members I encountered were so personable, extremely professional and always had a smile on their face. I could tell everybody there enjoyed what they do. Also, just want to recognize the receptionist (I am so sorry but I didn’t get a name). She was EXTREMELY professional and efficient. In this day and age where everybody seems to have an attitude, she was a breath of fresh air. Thank you all for making this experience so good.
