Everyone I encountered that evening was so nice and compassionate. The NP took her time with me, and even adjusted the exam table so that I could lie down while I waited for my test results. I appreciated that so much, because I felt AWFUL.

They listened to me! After a horrible experience at another place where I was belittled and not explained things- I came to Carespot in tremendous pain and just scared I was going to be ignored and talked down to. Not only did they listen to me, they gave me practical medical advice such as stretches and demonstrated how to do them, and a referral to a specialist.

The doctor was very helpful and explained everything well. He was good with our daughter. May want to consider changing the policy about not calling insurances to verify if in network. That was a little frustrating but I was still satisfied with the service.
