The doctors are always kind and considerate, they listen attentively and treat us with gentle care. Their wisdom in their treatment has always been extremely beneficial. Dr. Jay went above and beyond, removing my tonsil stone and instructing me how to take care of it in the future. My family and friends rave about the wonderful care they receive from them. I did notice though that the receptionist was a little impatient with the people I saw. Maybe she was having a rough day.

This was my first time there and it was a great experience. I didn’t wait long and love the tablet to fill out instead of all the paperwork. I have to say that I was not feeling well and I walked into the Fast-tex Urgent Care right around the corner from you and as soon as I walked in, never received a welcome and it took 3 to 4 mins for the person behind the counter to even address me. I simply told then that I would be back and went around the corner to see you! Glad I did. Will definitely be back to see you if necessary. Thanks for the great service.
