Your Nurses were incredibly caring and friendly. They were quick and efficient with out making me feel like they were rushing me out the door. I also really loved the ability to wait in a virtual line and being able to see your place in line on the TV. My only issue is with your mono test. It kinda sucks. Please find a test for mono that doesn’t require a nurse to scrape my finger with a plastic tube for 5 minutes.
