Amy Lockett and staff were very pleasant friendly and professional. From the medical assistant at the front desk to the nurse to herself. thankfully it has been forever since I’ve been to an urgent care and for them being understaffed and I “long wait” I did not feel like it was a daunting task at all. There is a positive energy and the place I felt like I had quality Care. I wish every doctor’s office when my experience at CareSpot went Tuesday.

Every female physician that I have seen are very caring and compassionate. The receptionist last night was very patient and kind to everyone and on the phone, even when they were running an hour behind.
