I arrived with my daughter about one and a half hours before the doors locked for the day, and although I was told it would be a three hour wait, each individual working at CareSpot was genuinely nice and personable. My daughter was one of the last patients to be seen for the day and she was treated as if she was the first. Thank you to the Joseph Proctor, PA and to the woman who obtained my daughters health history & vitals (I failed to get her name). You two were amazing and had my daughter smiling even after confirming she had the flu.
