I scheduled an appt and was seen promptly, I had a few questions for the PA-and he answered them knowledgeably and without the “why are you asking questions” attitude, that I usually get- because I try to use holistic remedies. I asked how he confirmed the ear infection and he allowed me to see in my daughters ear, to see the swelling and redness..and he was sincere and not annoyed. He also told me to I could wait on administering antibiotics (but still gave me the RX) and the current recommendations to treat ear Infections. Overall, it was a very positive experience. This med post is about 20 min from my home, there is one 7 min from my home, and I will gladly return to this location for my healthcare urgencies..

I had an appointment and got in after about a 20 minute wait. I think that was good. The receptionist was extremely helpful since I am from Washington with Kaiser insurance. Juanita provided good service and since I had been to the Dr twice for similar problem, she tried someone different. After 2 days I feel the best I have in a long time.
