Convenient hours and proximity to my house

It was a very quick and easy process to sign in. All the people were very nice. They were professional and they were very nice. It was so much easier than going to an Emergency room. I realize sometimes you must go to an Emergency room, but when you are not in a critical condition, thus is the place to get medical care. They also offer medicines for $15.00. I was surprised to see that. Quick and easy! Not that I want to have health issues, but I will certainly return to this office if I do.

Timelines. Caring front desk. Doctors who truly listen to the patient and Present a treatment plan that is custom tailored to that patient’s specific needs. Prescribe medication that will work, and not just tell you to go home and drink lots of fluids ( for example) This is my third visit, and everything is first class with the best and attentive staff.

Front desk was superb. Ive been to Carespot several times and never as impressed as I just was with the front desk service. Dr Cabrera was nice, quick and to the point. Very personable upon first meeting him. I felt as if I knew him when I left.

Everyone from front desk to the physicians and practitioners are super helpful and friendly. I came in later during the day, and was still assisted in a prompt and courteous manner.

Appointment time was exact. Met with the nurse then the PA came right in a diagnosed my condition, wrote the prescription and I was on my way within thirty minutes. Friendly staff. Thanks.
