Good open hours – I can get help when my doctor is not available. So far, check-in has been easy online, and I haven’t had to spend a lot of time in a waiting room. The staff is courteous and efficient.

Fast service. Everyone was very friendly. Quick diagnosis. And which strain of the flu that I had. in and out in under 45 minutes. Most of that time was receiving a breathing treatment for bronchitis.

Everything went quick and easy no complaints but one thing I would suggest is for the staff to introduce themselves and if they are MAs, or the provider didn’t tell us if she was NP or PA.

We love the ability to go online and make an appointment. Our daughter never gets sick during standard business hours & our pediatrician can’t work her in so off to care spot we go. I have been happy with the providers we have met with, including when we get our flu shot.
