The last time I was there for bad cough , flu type symptoms. I asked for cough medicine. Your make doctor made me feel like I was a drug addict asking for narcotics. Stating “well I’ll give you cough medicine but I’m not giving you a narcotic” who the fk asked for a narcotic? I was exhausted coughing non stop all night long. I don’t drink , smoke or do drugs, I run 3 miles a few times a week. Your doctor treated me like I was a drug addict asking for drugs. All I wanted was any cough medicine to sleep at night without breaking a rib coughing. Sincerely, [NAME REMOVED]

Everything was above n beyond wait time was little. My asthma was very bad I recieved a steroid shot and breathing treatment. Plus refills and antibiotics. I went in one afternoon to been seen, but they were very busy and it would have been a 2 hour wait. I said I’ll come back tomorrow in the morning, then I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment the 8:30 AM the next day. So I did and got right in. The assistant and Dr. were really good. I was prescribed some medication. Very happy with my experience.

The drs were helpful the staff was nice and friendly. I would go back again if I needed to. My biggest issue is with billing, they continue to try to bill us and my daughter for the deductible when we only owe a copay of 35.00.

Suggestion. When an urgent case walks in the door and goes ahead of all the other patients. It would be great if the counter staff would give the other patients in the waiting area some type of an update. This happened on my recent visit and even though we are number one on the appointment list we were delayed two hours in receiving treatment without one single update from the staff at the facility. We use this location often And will continue to do so but keeping the patients in the waiting area updated after such a lengthy delay would be much appreciated.
