The girl at the front desk was super nice and registered my daughter. There were many patients and phones ringing and she kept the office under control. She was very sympathetic to everyone’s needs. My daughter’s doctors said we had to get there by 3 to be seen at 6. This was unacceptable so I decided to take my daughter to MedPost where I had been seen before so glad I did.

I can count on being seen in a much more reasonable time than their competitor and they keep me updated regarding how long til I would be seen. Plus the ARNP Lisa Henderson has been such a caring person- following up with me personally to see if I was improving and reminding me if I need anything I can return and call! Very refreshing!

Took my son in because he was not feeling well. Setup a appointment online. Went in and filled out some info on a iPad paud my deductible and we saw the doctor. The doctor here is outstanding!!!!!! Friendly staff and clean environment. I have one of these medpost by my house but I prefer to visit this one. Thank you all for being great!!!

As walk-in patient we waited only for a very short time to be seen. Dr. Tan did a good job keep my son calm and always kept us informed on the procedures he was going to perform on him. He was professional and showed great trustworthiness! Office staff was courteous and worked efficiently during our check-in process. I highly recommend this facility and its staff for urgent care needs.

The staff was very polite and professional… The receptionist, medical tech and the doctor. Although, we were told that there might be up to an hour wait we were seen very quickly.
