Everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is a clean, comfortable environment, which helps especially when you’re not feeling well. Also, there’s almost always a short wait time there. Would definitely recommend this urgent care to family and friends.

The ladies who helped me were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I came in with a rash in an uncomfortable area but not once did I feel awkward when they were trying to help me. She was able to come up with a plan to help with my allergic reaction and it seems to he helping. I really appreciated the help and time.

The waiting time was longer than expected, but the care and attention to my issues were worth the wait. Stephanie was concerned, courteous, and 100% better than most of my doctors. The lab results were available practically instantaneously, the prescriptions were transmitted to the pharmacy immediately, and my trust in this place is solid. Thanks for taking care of me.

Wait time was very reasonable. Doctor on duty was great and gave me good advice. Prescribe the right medicine to help me feel better soon.

The Doctor listens to you and doesn’t try to rush you out. The staff are friendly and the nurses are very nice. They try to get to you as soon as they are able.

I have been going to this location since 2003, long before it was called Carespot. I have always recieved top notch medical care with respect, dignity and compassion. Twice I went to a different urgent care provider that opened much closer to my home and both times they utterly failed me. You guys rock and I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you for the care you provide.
