How easy it is to schedule appointments and the service in general!

I was seen quickly and given prescriptions that helped my medical condition. When I needed a refill, the staff quickly reviewed my case and issued a refill. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Your very close to my home, everyone is very pleasant/ professional and facility is very clean.

Front staff is very friendly. The nurses and doctor actually listen to you and try to help remedy what’s going on. Best part is they actually follow up later by text to see if you need someone to call. Have gone here a few times and it’s always a pleasant experience.

I found the facility to be very clean and well-managed and the staff to be pleasant, polite, helpful, and efficient. My case was handled promptly and efficiently, and the PA who assisted me was very pleasant and comforting, and explained clearly her reason for referring me to the Orlando Health Emergency Department for further evaluation.
