The staff was very kind and welcoming. They really improved the situation. There was a tall African American staff member (name starts with a B, but I can’t remember all of it) that was very jovial and really cheered me up.

Not only is it convenient to be able to walk in with no appointment, but the hours are very convenient as well. The nurse/assistant that I saw before the doctor, was very personable, not just office/professional ‘robot-like’. Actually could joke around with her. The doctor took his time, didn’t feel rushed at all, even though I knew there were others in the waiting room. He took his time to ask a lot of questions, took his time to explain what was being done, and the then took time and explained his diagnosis and treatment, almost twice to make sure I understood.

Courteous knowledgeable staff. Cleanliness and quiet facility. Thorough exam testing right there. Physician and clinical staff were personable professional in gathering information and assessing problem. I felt comfortable when I left. I would and have recommended it to others!
