Being able to schedule a walk-in appointment- although the checkin process, length of time you held my drivers license and insurance card, was way too long. It actually made me uncomfortable as someone who has had their identity stolen. That process needs to be quick and this wasn’t. It should take 10 to 15 minutes to do that.
