Friendly, open late and honest- I ended up at a dermatologists office the next day because the script I was given wasn’t covered by my insurance, but they got me set up with the right stuff- I tried to call back to speak to the NP about helping me find a dermo, but no answer and mailbox is always full- I’m fine! 😀
