Very clean facility, made appt online, wasn’t a long wait, the young lady at check in was friendly and professional. The assistant brought me back to my room, took vitals, asked me some questions and tested me for the flu said results would be back in 15 min, she was very friendly and professional as well. A few minutes later, the nurse practitioner walked in, introduced herself and asked me some questions and completed my exam and discussed my diagnosis and treatment plan and asked me if I had any questions. She was also very friendly and knowledgable. Great facility and great staff and I will definitely recommend them, I actually work for Baptist.
