The front desk, Rogelio was very polite and very helpful. David was very polite as well, he made me feel welcomed. David took the time to listen to me. The Doctor also made me feel welcomed and also took his time to listen to me. I left from MedPost feeling very satisficed with the services I received.

I booked my appointment online, when I arrived they stated “they didn’t have me in their system”. I showed them my confirmation and they placed me in the line. The location smelled awful, like someone had gone to the bathroom in their pants and no one was doing anything to fix the smell issue. There was about 10 patients waiting that were coughing, sneezing, sweating etc. and I was given an iPad to fill out my information, which I later realized they had not been sanitizing between patients because they handed mine strait off to someone else, and from that person to someone else. I waited about 45 minutes after giving my new insurance information. I was finally called up to pay my co-pay where I was told it was $250. I know it is not their fault that the co-pay cost was so high, but it would’ve been nice to know the price before I waited for so long, I ended up having to leave without seeing a doctor because I could not afford the co-pay. I have never had a great experience with the front desk staff at CareSpot, but once you are taken back the doctors and nurses are kind and knowledgeable.
