Scheduling an appointment allowed my child to be seen by a provider with little wait time. Also, I appreciate that the provider is a Nurse Practitioner, in my opinion Nurse’s have a great bedside manner. The support staff was also effective and polite.

I went there an hour after my plane landed knowing I would not survive the night with my sore ears….I was grateful in the timing cause the wait was short….lovely girls at the front desk as was the nurse practitioner who got me out quickly with everything I needed!!!!!

I really like everyone from the front desk to the P.A she was probably one of my favorite doctors so understanding and very thoughtful and empathetic I feel fornate that they take V.a thank y’all for helping me while I’m going though this

It was quick, friendly, easy check in, love the wait time posted for planning, and the services was just awesome. NP and staff was also knowledgable and friendly.

I had a very nice experience with this urgent care, it was a bit of a wait, however I didn’t really care about that. What was important is that I got treated very nicely and the dr made me feel very comfortable also giving me good advice. That’s true caring in my eyes and, wanting help the patient in all aspects whether it was mine or serious she made me feel like my issue was Important. Thank you, it not only helped my panicking yesterday but I got very good advice on what the next steps should be and that I wasn’t being crazy it was normal what I was asking about! P.S. very nice bedside manner the lady practitioner that I saw.
